Added "little watson" error reporting to samples
Corrected issue with loading defaults (Note defaultsettings file needs to be loaded as "Content for XNA solutions"

This is an update to the Beta release so feedback is appreciated on it's use and implementation. We've run a full battery of tests in several situations and configuration matches that of the Silverlight Version.
