concern over "Caching and Fallback"

hi - am looking to implement Ad Rotator but have some concerns with this in the documentation:
under Caching and Fallback":
"The remote settings file defined in SettingsUrl is only attempted to be fetched once per the lifetime of the application. If this is successful, the copy of this file is persisted in isolated storage. "

What happens if I update my remote settings config file every few days to optimize for best eCPM - this would not be possible if the settings are cached.

Am I understanding this correctly and if so is there a way to disable remote settings caching?

thanks!

Like it says its for the lifetime of the session.
SO when the user closes the app and starts it again it will try and grab the updated version each time it starts.

Only cached in case it cannot reach the location where the config file is stored when the app starts.

Cache is updated each run if successfully downloaded
